How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 5–7 business days for shipping on all beauty products once your order has been processed.
Order processing and payment verification typically take 24–48 hours. After your order ships, all delivery updates and inquiries should be directed to the shipping carrier using the tracking information provided.

All orders require 24–48 hours for payment verification prior to shipment. Once verified, orders are shipped promptly.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for delivery depending on your location and carrier service times.


How can I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your order at any time through the Order Status page.
You will also receive email or text updates using the contact information provided at checkout as your order progresses.


What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but missing?

If the carrier confirms delivery to the address on file, please first check with your leasing office, front desk, or nearby neighbors, if applicable.

If your package cannot be located, contact us at support@shopuniformedbeauty.com for guidance on submitting a missing package claim.

Please note: By placing an order with Uniformed Beauty, you agree to follow the proper protocol for missing package claims.


What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If a carrier identifies an address as invalid, you will receive an email notification. If no response is received within 48 hours after the second contact attempt, the package will be shipped to the address originally provided at checkout.

Please ensure that all Suite, Apartment, or Unit numbers (including proper abbreviations) are entered in Address Line 2.

Failure to provide accurate shipping details may result in non-delivery, and the customer assumes all responsibility.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for incorrect addresses. A new order must be placed to receive replacement products.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and PayPal.
We do not accept cash, Cash App, cashier’s checks, money orders, or personal checks.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Uniformed Beauty ships within the United States only.
We do not ship to Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Canada, or other international destinations.
